Terms and EULA

The licence for WIRE, and the terms for this website.

End user licence agreement for WIRE

This agreement is between you and Tabor Digital ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or running WIRE (the "Software"), you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not use the Software.

1. Licence

We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to download, run and use the Software on computers that you own or control, for personal or business use. WIRE is free of charge at the time of writing.

2. Sharing

You may share links to the official download page. You may share setup files (*.wiresetup) that you create.

3. What you may not do

  • Sell, rent or sublicense the Software.
  • Remove copyright or licence notices.
  • Reverse engineer or modify the Software, except where the law or a third-party component's licence gives you that right regardless of this agreement.

4. Third-party components

The Software includes third-party components that are covered by their own licences, listed on the credits page. Where those licences give you rights, nothing here limits them.

5. Virtual Audio Cable

Virtual Audio Cable is a separate product by Eugene Muzychenko. It is not part of the Software and is not provided by us. You are responsible for getting a licence for it and following its terms.

6. Plugins and scripts

Plugins and scripts run with your Windows user's permissions. You are responsible for the plugins you enable and the scripts you run.

7. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. WIRE is an early version. It can fail, change audio levels or interrupt audio. Test your setup before you rely on it for something important, such as a live stream or a recording.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tabor Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profit or equipment, arising from use of the Software. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and ending

We may release new versions with different terms. The terms that come with a version apply to that version. This licence ends if you break it. You can end it at any time by deleting the Software.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this agreement must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and each party consents to those courts' jurisdiction and venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
